A theatrical performance depicting how students, lecturers, staff and faculty are dealing with recent furlough, restructuring, and budget cuts within the 23-campus, California State University system. Composed verbatim from nearly 90 interviews Vincent conducted from each of the 23 CSUs in 2009-2010, BEAT offers a glimpse into the real-time effects of this budget crisis, as well as how individuals are making sense of what is happening in their world, and in California.

Free and open to the public ($5 donations appreciated but not expected).
