Junior Division Parliamentary Debate team of Matt Zweier (Communication Studies major) and Katrina Swanson (English major) represented Spartans well at Paul Winters Invitational (one of the biggest forensics tournament in the country). There were 41 schools present, coming from as far as Illinois.Matt & Katrina advanced to the quarterfinal round and are furiously preparing to debate the Opposition position on the resolution: The United States Federal Government should enact the Preventing Real Online Threats to Economic Creativity and Theft of Intellectual Property Act of 2011.
